The Private Medical Insurance scheme, insured with Bupa, provides treatment for acute medical conditions. Polices rarely cover chronic or palliative care. All employees can be covered immediately upon commencement of employment.

The Dental Insurance policy, insured with Unum, provides cover for everyday dental costs, such as NHS and private dental check-ups, routine, and major treatment, of cover for unforeseen events like a dental accident, emergency, and mouth cancer.

Critical Illness- Unum
Group Policy Number - 110106204
The Group Critical Illness scheme, insured with Unum, provides a tax-free lump sum benefit to employees upon diagnosis of a pre-defined list of comprehensive critical illnesses, including total permanent disability on an any suited occupation definition, whilst employed by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (UK), LLP.

Life Assurance- Unum

The Group Life Assurance scheme, insured with Unum, provides a lump sum benefit upon death whilst employed by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (UK), LLP. All Employees between the ages of 16 and the State Pension Age are covered automatically upon joining the company.

Income Protection- Legal & General
Group Policy Number - G00707342
The Group Income Protection policy, insured with Legal & General, provides a proportion of an employee's salary in the event they are unable to work due to illness or injury for more than 13 weeks whilst employed by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (UK), LLP. All employees between the ages of 16 and the State Pension Age are covered immediately upon the commencement of employment.

Cash Plan- Simply Health

The Cash Plan policy, insured with Simply Health, on their Optimise plan, provides help with everyday medical expenses by providing a set annual amount (depending on the level of cover) to help cover costs such as dental, optical, specialist consultations, tests and scans, therapies, health assessments and prescriptions.

The EAP can be accessed via website, app, telephone, and SMS/WhatsApp. As well as the standard counseling, the Spectrum EAP offers legal support, a medical helpline, well-being webinars, podcasts, online gym classes, healthy recipes, and shopping discounts.
