Maven Portfolio
There are many paths to parenthood, and all of them can be physically and emotionally challenging. Sign up to access a Maven program that’s tailored to support you at every stage of your family-building journey. You’ll have a dedicated concierge to guide you, curated online resources, an amazing app, and video visits with practitioners in fertility, fertility preservation, adoption, surrogacy, emotional health, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, childbirth, postpartum support, and pediatrics. When you return to work and travel for business, nursing mothers also have access to Maven's milk shipping service.

Maven is offered free of charge to all benefits-eligible employees of Wilson Sonsini. Each subscription comes with access for the employee’s parenting partner.

Employees can also participate in Flexible Families reimbursements for adoption, surrogacy, or elective egg-freezing. To begin, first sign up with Maven and select the applicable program track. When you have eligible expenses, you’ll submit your reimbursement requests through your Maven Wallet and be reimbursed up to $20,000, less applicable taxes, through Wilson Sonsini payroll. Back-up Childcare

Wilson Sonsini employees can use up to 25 visits per calendar year of Bright Horizons center-based or in-home back-up care for children aged 6 months to 12 years. There is a $35 per day copay. For the best experience, please preregister children with Bright Horizons in advance of the need.

You receive discounts of at least 20 percent off the monthly subscription and 65 percent off annual plans.
Academic and Virtual Learning Support

Varsity Tutors offers one-one-one and small-group tutoring on more than 3,000 subjects. When families sign up, they are assigned an educational consultant who helps identify the best tutor for their needs from more than 40,000 available tutors and instructors. Also offered are hundreds of enriching online classes, camps, and extracurriculars for K-12 children, as well as online learning tools including instant homework help, adaptive testing, and learning labs. You receive a 20 percent discount off most programs. One-on-one tutoring starts around $50 per hour with the discount. Discounted group classes start at $10 per hour, with an average price of $20 per hour.

The Sitter City premium membership website enables you to quickly find babysitters, nannies, and other caregivers from a nationwide provider database. The service includes unlimited basic background checks at no cost; enhanced background checks are offered for a fee. The service includes online forums, tools, and resources that will help you choose caregivers that meet your preferences and needs, including caregivers who can care for children with special needs.
Nanny Placement Services

Jovie is a high-touch nanny search and placement service that starts with a family consultation to establish your family’s unique needs. After signing up with a local Jovie office, Jovie will evaluate your schedule, ages of children, job duties, interests, and desired experience and attributes for your perfect nanny. As candidates are identified, you will receive an electronic profile for review and then arrangements will be made for your interviews. Jovie follows up with both the family and candidate to ensure both parties feel it is a great fit before moving forward. After selection, orientation will be provided for the new nanny and Jovie is available to help with the process of settling in for an exceptional experience. The discounted nanny placement fee and hourly charges for care will be paid by you directly to the local Jovie office.
Premium Tutoring and Test Prep

Revolution Prep offers premium academic support and test preparation for students in grades K-16+, including: personalized tutoring with a curriculum tailored to each child’s needs and interests; Revolution Math, a story-based math curriculum that takes students on an epic journey; and step-by-step test preparation with a full-time, highly trained tutor. You receive a 20 percent discount off tutoring rates. You pay between $79 and $159 per hour for one-on-one tutoring with the discount, depending on the experience level of the tutor and the number of sessions purchased. A five-hour package for small-group tutoring is $159 with the discount. You also receive 33 percent off Revolution Math. Unlimited homework help is offered for a flat monthly fee.
College Coach

College Coach provides expert advice from former college admissions and finance officers, plus former teachers. Parents and grandparents can attend live events covering important college preparation and financial topics. Additionally, you can get one-on-one guidance, customized college lists, and your child can receive feedback from coaches on their college admissions essays.

Being a parent or caregiver challenging. Consider joining this group, open to everyone. This group aims to provide a forum where parents and other caregivers can obtain information, share experiences, and find support. You do not need to be a primary caregiver to join the group. We welcome everyone who plays any role.

There are wellness rooms equipped for privacy and comfort with oversized, relaxing chairs, low-wattage lighting, and multiple plugs. Employees can get the back-up support they need at critical moments by arranging care at virtually any location nationwide, through exclusive access to Bright Horizons in-home caregivers and other top-rated providers. Hundreds of partner agencies are vetted, on-boarded, and trained by Bright Horizons for consistency and quality.
Adult/Elder Care Resources

Years Ahead is a free online platform that connects you with tools and resources for elder care planning. You can take a needs assessment for your loved one, navigate elder care options, and get guidance in finding appropriate programs. The nationwide referral network includes in-home agencies, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care services, and nursing homes. You will have access to provider profiles which include photos, pricing, and reviews. Senior Care Advisors are available to answer your questions about the process, from the initial conversations and decisions, to determining the right caregiver or facility, to moving your loved one. Each Senior Care Advisor holds a Master’s in Social Work and goes through a comprehensive course to become a CSA (Certified Senior Advisor).
